We want you to have the easiest buying experience possible. Here are answers to the most common questions about ordering, payments, shipping, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

How can I place an order?

Browse our website, select your items, choose the size/color, and add them to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping details and payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Once dispatched with the United States Postal Service (USPS), you’ll receive a shipment email with tracking.

Estimated delivery times: US 3–10 business days; Canada 5–15; Europe 7–20; Australia & New Zealand 7–25; Central/South America 10–25; Asia 10–25; Africa 10–30. Processing time not included.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. A USPS tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships (tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear). For logistical reasons, items in one order may ship in separate packages.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@coulfashion.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’ll help with a return once delivered.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@coulfashion.com and we’ll provide instructions and the return address (Michigan, USA). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by COUL FASHION LLC.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
