1. Company Information

Conceived in 2019 and officially established in 2022. African-inspired fashion crafted with Ankara, Faso Dan Fani, and Koko Dunda.

2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you fully and unreservedly agree to these Terms.

3. Products

• Ready-to-wear, accessories, artisan pieces, and made-to-measure garments.
• Some items are limited edition or made to order; availability may vary.
• Photos and colors may differ slightly depending on display settings.

4. Prices & Currency

• Prices are shown in USD, excluding shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes.
• The applicable price is the one shown at checkout on the day of purchase.
• We may change prices at any time without affecting finalized orders.

5. Order Process

• An order becomes final once payment is successfully processed.
• You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
• We may refuse/cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or unresolved disputes.

6. Payment Methods

• Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available).
• Payments are processed securely; we do not store card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipped via USPS with tracking.
• Worldwide shipping available (200+ countries). Delivery times are shown on the Shipping & Delivery page.
• Delays caused by carrier/customs/force majeure are outside our control.
• Risk of loss transfers upon handover to USPS.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by COUL FASHION LLC.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags/packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. If we are at fault (defect, wrong item, damaged-on-arrival), we cover return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault.

10. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• Products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.
• Not covered: normal wear, improper care/washing, post-delivery damage, sizing caused by mis-measurement.
• Custom or made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for proven defects).

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, texts, and the brand name “COUL FASHION LLC” are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the data needed to process your order and do not sell personal information to third parties. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Michigan.
