Refunds & Returns Policy
COUL FASHION LLC (Michigan, USA) aims for your complete satisfaction. If something isn’t right, the terms below explain how returns and refunds work.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Return Window & Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays for return shipping.
- COUL FASHION covers return shipping only if we made an error (defective item, damaged on arrival, or wrong item shipped).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the issue is our fault.

How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@coulfashion.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with approval and the Michigan return address plus instructions.
- Ship your parcel with a trackable service (tracking strongly recommended).
- Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final-sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items returned worn, washed, stained, or without original tags/packaging
